As a Woman’s Life officer, you also have an obligation to respect and guard member’s information. By accessing this Site, you acknowledge that you will never share personal contact information contained within this Site for any purpose other than approved Woman’s Life chapter business and you will safe guard information by handling it in such a manner that unauthorized use is prevented. This includes, but is not limited to, downloading the member roster, distributing the member roster and publically sharing member contact information. In addition, you are responsible for all activity occurring under your account and will abide by all applicable local, state, national and foreign laws, treaties and regulations in connection with your use of this Site.

All names, logos, trademarks and imagery appearing on this Site are the property of Woman’s Life or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. The use of these trademarks or any other content on this Site, without express written permission by Woman’s Life, is strictly prohibited.

The laws of the State of Michigan shall govern this Site and these Terms, without regard to its conflicts of laws provision. You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Michigan, and you further agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.
